A propos of nothing in particular, I recalled a line: "If I am not for me, then who will be?" Eschewing the pleasures of pulling out my treasured 1952 copy of the eponymous "Familiar Quotations" (which I now recall having given in gift to an old friend lo these many years ago), I fell back on my Google-Fu.
