Is it just me?
The elected President of the United States declines to demonstrate his eligibility for the office. (This is not a birther argument). The courts uphold his refusal to provide proof as no-one has "standing" to raise a cause of action. So who has been harmed? is the question. The question not asked is "what is the law".
What we have here is a violation of the Constitution, made, by judicial fiat, a dead letter.
We lso have an extraconstitutional)"national interest"
