In light of the recent shootings in Aurora Colorado, some have come out and demanded that medical records (particularly psychological) be used in determinations of who should be permitted to purchase firearms.
So, what about Doctor/Patient privilege? Puts the MDs in something of a cleft stick, dunnit? Liable for release of info, and also for non-release.
Just sayin'.
